ELIGIBILITY AND QUALITY RATINGS

To enroll in DPP, you need to be licensed by the state and agree to participate in a three-part quality improvement system that includes three steps: an introduction to Quality orientation, Quality rating and the development of a quality improvement plan.

DPP contracted with Qualistar Early Learning, who will be conducting the quality rating process for the providers who want to become part of the program. As part of the Qualistar rating process, providers who are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), or the National Association of Family Child Care (NAFCC), will receive an automatic rating of the Star Three or the Star Four if you acquired a NAEYC accreditation after October 2006.
