Please note: To qualify for tuition support from the Denver Preschool Program, you must live in the City and County of Denver and your child must be in their last year of preschool before kindergarten. Because Small World Child Care and Preschool truly wants the best early childhood experiences for all children and their families, all children in their care and preschool will have their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development supported in every way, to the best of their abilities. New attributes are learned about children and development every day; therefore, Small World Child Care and Preschool continuously educates themselves to help determine the best practices to use to support children's development. They will strive to provide a welcoming, resourceful, partnership type of environment to all families.
Their goals for children's learning are based on the well-rounded objectives of the Teaching Strategies Gold Curriculum, kindergarten readiness, and individual needs. Overall, it is their desire to:
